Our Comforts of Home in Champlin, conveniently located off Highway 169 and Jefferson Court just a little south of Elm Creek Park Reserve, is now open.

The one-story building has 20 private assisted living suites along with 10 memory care suites in a separate area.

There is much to enjoy in our community — a greatroom with fireplace and salt water aquarium, an intimate dining-room where residents dine restaurant-style, a bistro-style cafe that is open all day, a private dining-room with fireplace for use by families, and an outdoor patio and deck.
