At Comforts of Home, we offer services for assisted living, memory care, respite care and hospice.
Our assisted-living community is a perfect alternative for seniors who can no longer live on their own. And within our assisted-living community, there is a thoughtfully planned program for those with memory impairments.
Our respite program is ideal for individuals recovering from surgery and/or who need rehabilitation. Respite is also ideal for care givers who need placement for short-term stays or families who need temporary help.
The right care at the right time
Comforts of Home is a proponent of "aging in place." As a resident's frailty level increases, we work with family members to provide or coordinate the necessary health care resources. Our philosophy, staff training, and the use of community resources are geared to allow residents to remain in our home-like setting for as long as possible.
Individual care plans are developed to assure that each resident's personal needs are met and that residents only pay for services they need and receive.
The security of knowing help is there when you need it
The care plan is created with input from the resident, family members, Comforts of Home nurse, and the director of housing. Whether assistance is needed with medications, dressing and grooming, bathing or escorts, residents can be assured that the help they need is there 24 hours a day, seven days a week, provided by a compassionate staff.
The convenience of care brought to you
We offer the convenience of a "house-call doctor, available 24/7 by phone or for scheduled monthly house calls. Visit Dr. Todd Stivland's web site to learn more about his services at Blue Stone Physician Services.
